Icy Pavements
Up until now I have made my way through the snow every day to work, thanks to Lothian Buses. (Car still snowbound) but I must now comment on state of our pavements.As long as the snow kept falling the pavements were manageable.
No longer, on my way about the city this evening. Worst affected Drummond Street, East Preston St and Dalkeith Road. It is sheet ice and even in my walkng boots I could get no safe grip. “NOT GOOD ENOUGH COUNCIL”.
